1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or registering for any challenge on OMNY, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Challenge Participation

  • Challenges on OMNY may be free or paid. The registration fee (if any) is clearly displayed before you register.
  • By registering for a challenge, you agree to abide by that challenge's specific rules.
  • Challenge administrators may disqualify participants for rule violations at their discretion.
  • Activity data is synced from Strava. You are responsible for ensuring your Strava account is connected and accurate.
  • OMNY is not responsible for missed activities due to sync failures, delays, or Strava outages.

3. Payments

This section applies only to paid challenges. Many challenges on OMNY are free of charge.

  • Registration fees for paid challenges are collected via Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
  • Payments are in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Your registration is confirmed only after successful payment. A pending payment does not guarantee a spot.
  • Coupon codes, where available, are applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively.

4. Refund Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or personal circumstances
  • Inability to complete the challenge
  • Technical issues with Strava or activity tracking
  • Challenge cancellation or modification by the administrator

For any payment concerns or disputes, please contact the challenge administrator or reach out to us at oodhwe@outlook.com. We will review on a case-by-case basis, but refunds are not guaranteed.

5. User Conduct

  • You must not submit false or manipulated activity data.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent leaderboard rankings or challenge rules.
  • You must not share your account credentials with others.
  • Violation of these rules may result in disqualification or account termination.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days but does not entitle you to a refund of any paid registration fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

OMNY is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including data loss, missed challenge milestones, or payment disputes with third-party processors.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
